The Leadership Dance was founded by Ian Bennink

Born in The Netherlands, Ian worked at VP level at large multinationals in Europe and China, with P&L responsibility. Following his corporate experience he became a co-founder of 4 startups (incl. 2 exits). Ian currently works as an executive coach and he divides his time between the UK and China.

My passion

“During my work with multinationals and subsequently start-ups, I have always had a special interest for the human behind the professional, and the people dynamics behind any team. A few ago, I've decided turn this passion into my profession.

Building on my background in technology and business (MBA), I'm trained and certified as an executive coach and currently pursuing a part-time study Applied Neuroscience. I'm particularly interested in the role and working of the subconscious mind.”
